Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To keep our studio running smoothly for all clients, please review the following terms:

1. Standard Cancellations

​

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled booking may receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking may not be refunded.

​

2. Last-Minute Bookings

​

• Because we allow bookings up to 1 hour before the session start time, we cannot guarantee full refunds for late cancellations.

• If you cancel a booking that was made within 24 hours of the session start time, you may be entitled to a refund of only 10% of the total amount paid.

3. No-Shows

​

• Failure to attend a booking without notice may be treated as a no-show, and the full booking fee will still apply.

​

4. Rescheduling

​

• Bookings may be rescheduled once, free of charge, if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

• Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking incur additional charges.

5. Studio Cancellations

​

• In rare cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance, technical issues).

• If this happens, you may be offered either a full refund or the option to rebook at no additional cost.

6. Coupons & Discounts

​

• Coupon codes and promotional discounts are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged if a booking is cancelled.
