STUDIO GUIDELINES

To keep Legacy Studios safe, professional, and welcoming, all customers and guests must follow these House Rules. These rules apply alongside our full Terms & Conditions.

1. Respect the Studio

​

• Treat all facilities, rooms, and equipment with care.

• Do not mark, deface, or damage any walls, furniture, or gear.

• Leave the space as you found it — tidy cables, remove rubbish.

2. Smoking, Alcohol & Substances

​

• Strictly no smoking, vaping, or electronic cigarettes anywhere inside the building.

• No drugs or alcohol permitted on the premises.

• Breach may result in immediate termination of your session without refund.

3. Food & Drink

​

• Food is not permitted inside studio rooms near equipment.

• Drinks must be in sealed containers.

• Use communal areas for eating.

​

4. Security & Access

​

• Keep all fire exits clear and closed. Do not prop doors open.

• Only guests listed on the booking are permitted in the studio. You are responsible for their behaviour.

• Do not tamper with security systems, CCTV, or access codes.

​

5. Behaviour & Noise

​

• Respect other users — keep communal areas quiet and orderly.

• Aggressive, abusive, or disruptive behaviour is not tolerated.

• Noise levels should be kept within reasonable studio limits.

6. Recording & Content

​

• If using our Capture Service, inform all guests that recording is taking place.

• Consent for recording is the booking customer’s responsibility.

• Do not film or live stream in communal areas without prior approval.

​

7. Property & Belongings

​

• You are responsible for your own equipment and belongings.

• Legacy Studios accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

• Check the room carefully before leaving — lost property is not guaranteed to be recoverable.

8. Health & Safety

​

• Follow all fire and emergency procedures.

• Report accidents, hazards, or damaged equipment immediately.

• Do not misuse or interfere with safety equipment.

​

9. CCTV & Surveillance

​

• Our studios are monitored 24/7 by CCTV for security and safety.

• Recordings may be shared with law enforcement where necessary.

• Attempting to tamper with or block cameras is prohibited.

​

10. Prohibited Conduct

​

• No illegal activity of any kind is permitted.

• Do not use Legacy Studios facilities for fraudulent, malicious, or misrepresentative purposes.

• Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with IT systems or Wi-Fi.

11. Zero Tolerance Policy

​

Any breach of these rules may result in:

​

• Immediate removal from the premises.

• Termination of your booking without refund.

• Permanent ban from Legacy Studios.

• Legal action where appropriate.

Reminder: By entering and using Legacy Studios, you agree to comply with these House Rules and our Terms & Conditions.
